About This Policy

This Policy describes the purchase, electronic delivery, usage, redemption, validity, security and customer-support process for gift cards and vouchers available through SafalSevaKendra.

01

Purpose and Scope

This Gift Card & Voucher Policy explains the purchase, electronic delivery, use, redemption, validity, security and support process for gift cards and vouchers offered through www.safalsevakendra.in by PROSPER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT LIFE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Prosper”). This policy must be read with the Website Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and the specific terms of the product issuer or merchant.

02

Prosper’s Role and Issuer Disclosure

Prosper offers or facilitates the sale of gift cards and vouchers through the Website under agreements with relevant banks, authorised Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) issuers, brands or service partners, as applicable. Prosper does not represent that it independently holds an RBI PPI authorisation or an NPCI licence. For each product, the actual issuer/provider and applicable product terms must be clearly identified on the product page or before checkout. The issuer’s terms and applicable law govern issuance, validity, permitted use, transaction limits, redemption, and any balance or replacement process. Prosper’s role is limited to activities permitted under its written partner agreements and applicable law.

03

Product Information Before Purchase

Before paying, customers should review the following details displayed for the particular product:

  • Brand/merchant and product name.
  • Actual issuer/provider, where applicable.
  • Denomination and total purchase price, including any disclosed fees.
  • Validity or expiry date/period.
  • Redemption method, eligible stores/websites and applicable exclusions.
  • Usage limits, transferability, reloadability and partial-redemption rules, if applicable.
  • Delivery method and estimated delivery time, where available.
  • Product-specific cancellation/refund conditions.
04

Purchase Process

Customers can generally purchase a gift card or voucher by following these steps:

  1. Select the gift card or voucher on www.safalsevakendra.in.
  2. Read the product details, issuer information, validity, redemption instructions and restrictions.
  3. Enter accurate customer and delivery details and complete any required verification.
  4. Pay using a payment method displayed at checkout.
  5. The order is processed after payment confirmation and any required issuer/partner approval.

An order may not be fulfilled if payment is unsuccessful, the product is unavailable, verification fails, a risk check flags the transaction, or the issuer/partner cannot process it. The applicable failed-transaction and refund process will then apply.

05

Electronic Delivery

Gift card or voucher details may be delivered electronically through the channel specified at checkout, such as the customer’s account, registered email address, SMS or another supported channel. Delivery may be delayed due to payment confirmation, issuer processing, security checks, network issues or maintenance. If the product is not received within the stated delivery time, contact anup.rai@safalsevakendra.in with the order/reference number and payment proof. Do not email passwords, OTPs, CVV or full payment credentials.

06

Redemption and Usage

Customers must redeem a gift card or voucher only through the merchant, brand or channel stated in the product instructions and within its validity period. Acceptance, eligible goods/services, exclusions, partial redemption, split use, remaining balance and other redemption conditions are determined by the relevant issuer/merchant terms. Unless the specific product terms expressly permit it, customers should not assume that a voucher can be exchanged for cash, used for fund transfers, reloaded, transferred to another person, or redeemed outside the specified merchant/channel. Different products may have different rules.

07

Validity and Expiry

The validity period shown on the product page or provided with the voucher, together with the issuer’s terms, applies. Customers are responsible for reviewing the expiry date and redeeming before expiry. Extension, revalidation, replacement or treatment of an expired balance is not guaranteed and depends on applicable law and the issuer’s policy.

08

Security and Customer Responsibility

Voucher codes, PINs, QR codes and redemption links must be kept confidential. Anyone who obtains a usable code may be able to redeem it. Customers should check delivery details promptly, secure their email/account and avoid sharing codes publicly.

Report suspected unauthorised use or delivery issues promptly to anup.rai@safalsevakendra.in. Do not include a complete voucher PIN, OTP, password or sensitive payment credentials in the email.

09

Cancellation, Refunds and Failed Transactions

Digital gift cards and vouchers may be generated or redeemed irreversibly. A successfully delivered valid code is generally not cancellable or refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly permitted by the issuer/product terms. A refund or reversal may be considered for verified failed transactions, duplicate charges, non-delivery or a fulfilment error, subject to investigation and the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10

Refund Assistance

To request assistance, email anup.rai@safalsevakendra.in with the order/reference number, transaction date, amount, payment reference, product name and issue description. Eligible refunds will be handled according to applicable law, issuer/partner arrangements and payment-provider procedures.

11

Fraud, Misuse and Order Review

Prosper may review, delay, reject, suspend or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, issuer/partner instructions or technical issues. Customers must use payment instruments they are authorised to use and must not use the Website for unlawful activity, unauthorised resale, payment fraud or attempts to bypass transaction controls.

12

Third-Party Issuers and Merchants

Gift cards and vouchers may be issued, processed or redeemed by third-party banks, authorised PPI issuers, brands, merchants or service providers. Their product terms and grievance channels may apply. Prosper cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems or merchant acceptance outside the product’s stated terms. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted.

13

Customer Support and Complaints

For purchase, delivery, redemption support, security concerns or policy questions, contact:

anup.rai@safalsevakendra.in

Please include the order/reference number and relevant details, while masking sensitive information. Complaints involving an issuer-controlled product, balance or redemption decision may also need to be submitted to the issuer through its official grievance process.

14

Policy Updates

Prosper may update this policy to reflect changes in products, partner arrangements, security practices or applicable law. The latest version and effective date will be published on the Website. Updates will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15

Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies. Any dispute shall be addressed by a competent court, authority or consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
